Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned garment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
